Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take my carpet to dry?

Weather, such as humidity, plays a good factor on drying. We recommend that our clients run the fans in each room for at least 6-8 hours. The drying process is also known as the healing process so we recommend minimizing traffic as much as possible for the next 24 hours.

Do I need to vacuum before hand?

Yes! Although we can vacuum for a small fee, we recommend the carpets be clean of any reasonably removable debris so that we can focus primarily on the cleaning and reviving process of your carpet.

Do you move furniture?

For insurance purposes, we do not want to be held liable for damaging any property. Although, if the client is physically unable to move certain objects, we are more than happy to help!

Are we insured?

YES! We are insured by a very reputable insurance agency.

How dangerous are the chemicals you use?

We specifically make sure we use products that will not harm your family, pets, or property.

How often do you recommend cleaning carpets?

It depends on the clients household. For example, a home with pets and/or children would be cleaned a lot more frequently (4-6 month intervals) than a home that may only have 1-3 adults (8-10 months.) We recommend reading the warranty information on your carpet to see what they recommend.

Do you provide discounts?

The question we all love answered. ABSOLUTELY. Patriot Carpet Cleaning LLC supports our veterans! We also provide discounts for first responders (law enforcement, EMT, fireman) and seniors (ages 55+)
